Bonnie grew up in Greensboro, North Carolina. She earned her bachelor’s degree at UNC-Wilmington. Shortly after she started her career and family in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Bonnie currently resides in Chester, SC with her four children and husband of ten years, who is also in the real estate world as an inspector and project manager. As a previous army wife who lived in many areas, she understands the value of finding a place and making it a home. In her spare time, you will find Bonnie on the farm with her husband and children, running with her lab, or headed to the beach.
After a fulfilling 10 year career in education, Bonnie is excited to bring her people and goal-oriented skills into the world of real estate. With a passion for helping people, serving the community, and a knack for problem-solving; Bonnie brings a fresh perspective, genuine desire to make a difference, and dedication to nurturing people in her role as a real estate professional.
Throughout her teaching career, Bonnie honed skills in communication, organization, and empathy—qualities that are essential for guiding clients and all parties through the real estate process. Whether it’s finding the perfect home or navigating the complexities of buying and selling, she is committed to providing exceptional service and support. She truly believes in the importance of putting people first and ensuring their needs and wants are met above all else. Bonnie will be working out of our Farms & Estates Realty Camden branch where she is honored to serve her community through her role as a licensed SC Real Estate Agent and Transaction Coordinator, making her clients’ dreams come true!
