Lisa Giovanniello has over 20 years of real estate experience and a reputation for always placing her clients first! She has a natural ability to talk to people, to ask questions and to really listen. She is known for her extensive market research, knowledge, and open communication. Lisa’s client base comes almost exclusively from client recommendations and referrals. She earns their respect by working hard, providing candid advice and delivering on her promises.
After a successful career in real estate sales for one of the nation’s largest new home builders in Charlotte, Lisa made the decision to move into general brokerage. Lisa and her husband fell in love with the Waxhaw area and have established deep roots in the community. They live in Mineral Springs, NC, home of the Queen’s Cup Steeplechase and a bedroom community of Charlotte. Lisa moved to the Carolinas from New England in 1999, and since then, has encouraged many friends and relatives to relocate to the area, including her parents, her in-laws, and a few of their life-long friends.
An avid equestrian, Lisa has been riding and showing horses since she was a little girl. Lisa and her mother own and operate McNeely Farms Equestrian Center, a successful horse training and boarding facility in Mineral Springs (that Lisa developed).

A graduate of Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts, Lisa has a business degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Studies. Lisa has applied her love of horses, her vision and her energy to her real estate career. She has successfully developed horse farms and equine friendly communities in the area, including McNeely Farms and Chandler Woods in Mineral Springs, NC. She is currently working on a new equine-friendly subdivision in the southern corridor of Waxhaw called, Serenity Creek.
