Chad Tracy

Chad is a native Charlottean and graduate of West Mecklenburg High School. He attended East Carolina University where he played college baseball and completed his degree in University Studies with a focus on Wellness Advocacy and Human Behavior. Chad had a 14-year professional career playing for the Arizona Diamondbacks, Chicago Cubs, New York Yankees, Florida Marlins, Hiroshima Carp, Washington Nationals, and Anaheim Angels. Chad remains in the top 15 in most career offensive categories for the Arizona Diamondbacks and is still in the top 10 for batting average(8th) and doubles (9th).
Chad married his college sweetheart, Katie, in 2005 and they now reside in Waxhaw with their four beautiful daughters. When not playing Dad, Chad loves to play golf and coach a group of talented softball players for Team NC Baylog/Tracy and Marvin Ridge High School.
With his baseball career behind him, Chad is now a licensed Real Estate Agent in both North and South Carolina. He assists his clients in buying, selling, and investing in the Carolinas. His expertise spans the Mountains, Piedmont, and Coastal areas of the states, making him a valuable asset for anyone navigating the real estate market in this vibrant region.
