Broker Bio – Chelsea S. Caulder
Chelsea grew up in Charlotte after relocating with her family from New Jersey 25 years ago. She grew up in South Charlotte while attending Charlotte Catholic and Charlotte Country Day, earned a Bachelor’s degree at Roanoke College in Virginia, and has since married a native of Union County and is now residing in Waxhaw.Chelsea is a full time licensed broker and her passion for helping people runs deep as she was a recruiter the past 8 years. She has made countless relationships with companies and candidates in the North and South Carolina regions that far surpassed her duty as a recruiter and maintains those relationships as she grows in her career. She has a stepson and is married to a Local Business owner who owns and operates a tree service here in Waxhaw. Helping families in our community is something their family strives for, and in keeping with that goal Chelsea thoroughly enjoys working hard to sell and list homes and properties in our wonderful area.
