Gracie Lanzetta is a lifetime resident of the SC midlands. She graduated from Charleston Southern University with a Bachelors of Science in Music and Psychology. She has previous work experience in the mental healthcare field. Gracie has always had a passion for helping people make decisions that will positively impact their lives, and real estate is no exception. Recently married, Gracie and her husband John currently reside in Elgin, SC. They have a full house with one poodle full of personality, three spoiled cats, and four egg-laying chickens. She loves animals, nature, music and design. In her free time, you can find her playing the guitar, reading, enjoying quality time with family and friends or working on home DIY design projects.
Gracie prides herself on being immersed in the local real estate market and having in-depth construction knowledge. She grew up tagging along to job sites with her father, the owner of a successful sunroom business. This is where her love of homes began. By the time she completed college, Gracie had finished construction on her own tiny home that she built with the help of her dad. From the framework to the finishing touches, she understands what a labor of love creating a home truly is.
