Katie Tracy
Webmaster/Transaction Coordinator
Katie Tracy is proud to be a native Charlottean. She attended Independence High School and graduated from East Carolina University with Dean’s List honors. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with minors in Marketing and Electronic Commerce. Katie brings experience from the financial services industry and has a strong passion for digital graphic design. She is proficient in multiple website development platforms and has been a GoDaddy Professional Website Designer since 2018.
Katie has been married to fellow Farms & Estates agent Chad Tracy since 2005, and together they have four daughters. The couple works as a team in real estate, with Katie serving as the Transaction Coordinator. They are also avid real estate investors with extensive knowledge of North Carolina, from the Blue Ridge Mountains to the coast.
Katie is a member of the Isabella Santos Foundation’s Three Wish Society and the National Charity League, Marvin chapter. In her free time, she enjoys being with her family—especially cheering on her daughters as they play softball and compete in dance.
