Lisa’s journey in real estate began with a successful career in sales for one of the nation’s largest new home builders in Charlotte. However, driven by a passion for personal connections and a love for the Waxhaw area, she transitioned into general brokerage. Falling in love with the community, Lisa and her husband planted deep roots in Mineral Springs, NC—home to the Queen’s Cup Steeplechase and a picturesque bedroom community of Charlotte.
Originally from New England, Lisa moved to the Carolinas in 1999, and since then, she has been a beacon, encouraging friends and family to relocate, including her parents, in-laws, and lifelong friends. Her commitment to the community is evident not only in her professional endeavors but also in her personal connections.
An avid equestrian since childhood, Lisa’s love for horses transcends her real estate career. Alongside her mother, she owns and operates McNeely Farms Equestrian Center, a thriving horse training and boarding facility in Mineral Springs—a project she personally developed.
Lisa’s educational background includes a business degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Studies from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts. This foundation has allowed her to seamlessly blend her love for horses, her visionary spirit, and her boundless energy into her real estate ventures. Her success is underscored by the development of horse farms and equine-friendly communities, such as McNeely Farms, Chandler Woods, and Hidden Acres in Waxhaw.
Her guiding philosophy is simple yet powerful: “If you do what you love, you will inspire and awaken the hearts of others.” Lisa brings that passion to every project she touches, from community planning to one-on-one client service.
Currently, she is channeling her energy into the development of both Serenity Creek, an equine-friendly subdivision in the southern corridor of Waxhaw and Hillview Acres, an estate-lot subdivision in Indian Land, SC. Known for her extensive market research, deep local knowledge, and open communication style, Lisa Giovanniello continues to inspire and awaken hearts through her unwavering commitment to excellence in real estate development.
