Farms & Estates Realty evolved from Roy and Rosa’s long search for their personal farm within the western Union County community. Roy has had his broker’s license for 25 years, purchasing properties as investments. Roy and Rosa enjoyed their farm search, but realized that there was such a need for a specialty realty company who dealt with land, farms, estates, and who knew the area well. Roy decided to combine his knowledge and expertise and share this information with others and Farms and Estates Realty was established.
