Tim Hemby, a lifelong resident of Union County, North Carolina, grew up in Indian Trail and has lived in the Wesley Chapel area since 1978 with his wife and two daughters. Now grown and married, both daughters serve in the field of humanities working to help others as a Speech Pathologist in the education arena and the other in the medical field as a PA (Physician’s Assistant). Together they have given us three beautiful granddaughters and two grandsons. Tim has been married for over 50 years to his high school sweetheart, Sarah, a 35-year servant in the field of education and counseling. He feels so blessed to have a wonderful loving wife and family with which to share his time away from work. They have been members of Siler Presbyterian church in Wesley Chapel for over 43 years where he has served as elder on multiple occasions.
Tim enjoys playing golf and the opportunity it provides as a diversion from work, for fellowship with friends and enjoying the outdoors. Prior to working as a NC & SC broker with Farms & Estates Realty, Inc. for the past 21 years, Tim was with the Facilities and Real Estate Services department of an area utility corporation for 20 years.
Tim enjoys developing a relationship with sellers to understand the history and particular characteristics of their property in order to provide buyers with a greater understanding and more informed assessment of what it has to offer.
